地方高校特色人才培养的案例分析

特色人才培养是在高等教育大众化深入推进中地方高校分类办学、人才培养多样分化以及解决大学生结构性就业矛盾的集中体现。对五所不同类型地方高校汉语言文学专业人才培养的案例分析表明,制定明确的人才培养目标、设计合理的人才培养方案、构建通专结合的课程体系、设置相互交融的跨学科课程以及注重应用型的实践能力是地方高校特色人才培养的有效举措。借鉴其成功经验,可以为地方高校特色人才培养提供思维借鉴和行动参考。

Talent training is the concentrated embodiment of popularization of higher education,which is to promote local university’running of classification and diversity of talent training,and solve structural employment contradiction of college students. After analyzing typical cases of talent training of Chinese language and literature major in five local universities of different types,results show that the effective measures are formulating clear goals of talent training,designing reasonable programs of talent training,constructing curriculum systems of integration of general and specialized courses,setting up blending interdisciplinary curriculum and paying attention to cultivation of practical ability. Successful experience of five universities can provide references for thoughts and action in characteristics of talent training of local universities.
