论研究生科技创新能力的培养——跨学科的观点 被引量:12

摘要 跨学科培养研究生是提高我国研究生科技创新能力、培养拔尖科技人才的重要途径。现阶段,我国研究生跨学科培养尚存在招生遭遇"专业壁垒"、课程设置局限于学科性、导师跨学科素质不高、学生指导和引导不足、教育资源共享机制未建立等方面的问题。为此,我国高校跨学科培养研究生应采取"拓宽培养口径,推进跨学科招生;设置跨学科课程体系;强化导师跨学科能力的培养;建立指导学生跨学科选择课程和专业的制度;成立校级跨学科教育组织"等策略,从而促进高校研究生科技创新能力的培养。 Interdisciplinary cultivation of graduates is an important way to improve Chinese scientific and technological innovation ability and cultivate top-notch talents. At present,some problems still exit in the interdisciplinary cultivation of graduates in China such as Enrollment ’s " major barriers",low quality of tutors’ interdisciplinary,curriculum setting limited to the discipline,insufficient instruction and guidance to students,no sharing mechanism of educational resources and so on. Therefore,the interdisciplinary cultivation of graduate students in Chinese universities needs to widen educational scope to promote the interdisciplinary enrollment,set the interdisciplinary curriculum system,improve tutors’ interdisciplinary quality,strengthen instruction and guidance to students’ interdisciplinary courses,and establish the interdisciplinary education organizations between universities and so on,so as to improve the cultivation of graduates’ scientific and technological innovation ability in Chinese universities.
