校园体育文化因素对大学生体育行为意识的影响

Influence of Campus Sports Culture on College Students' Sports Behavior Consciousness

体育不但对于人的身心健康具有直接的显效作用,而且对于人的意志品质形成同样具有重要的促进作用。为了研究校园体育文化对大学生体育行为意识的影响,以校园体育文化中的6个层面12种因素为选项,以辽宁科技大学部分在校大学生为调查对象进行调查统计分析。结果显示:校园体育文化因素几乎对所有大学生的体育行为意识都有影响,而且影响程度不容低估,必须对校园体育文化的影响采取有针对性的积极应对策略。

Physical education not only affects people’s physical and mental health in an obvious,direct and effective way but also plays an important role in promoting the formation of people’s will. In order to study the influence of campus sports culture on college students’ sports behavior consciousness,12 factors from six levels of campus sports culture and part of the college students in Liaoning Science and Technology University were investigated as the options and subjects,and the statistics was analyzed. The results showed that all the campus sports culture factors do affect college students’ sports consciousness and the influence cannot be underestimated.Therefore,it is necessary to take some targeted positive strategies to cope with the influence of campus sports culture.
