The Current Situation and Suggestions on System Operation of Medical Ethics Committee in China

临床试验的伦理审查,是医疗卫生法的重要内容,也是保护公民医疗卫生权利的重要制度。本文观察并分析我国医疗伦理审查制度的现状及所存在的主要问题,并结合我国具体的临床实验及国内外的有关成功模式和经验,提出改进我国医疗伦理审查制度的建议和路径。

Ethical review of clinical trials is an important part of health care law, and also an important sys- tem to protect the citizens＂ health rights. This paper observes and analyzes the current situation and the main ex- isting problems of medical ethics review system in China. With the actual clinical trials in China and successful modes in relevant areas at home and abroad as its basis, the author puts forward suggestions and ways for the im- provement of medical ethics review system in China.
