对精神障碍患者住院医疗法律制度的思考

Reflection on Legal System of Inpatient Care for Patients with Mental Disorders

对于精神障碍患者,一套科学合理的住院医疗制度不仅能保护其依法享有治疗权利,也能最大限度地保护他人不被其所伤害。本文试图梳理我国现有精神障碍患者住院医疗的法律制度并分析其存在的问题及原因,进而提出完善性建议。

For patients with mental disorders, a set of scientific and reasonable inpatient care system can not only protect the patient＇s mental disorder treatment rights legally, but also maximize the protection for the people not hurting by them. This paper tries to comb existing legal system of mental disorders＂ inpatient care in China, analyzes its existing problems and reasons, and puts forward the suggestions for improvement.
