我国艾滋病病毒感染者就医歧视化解研究

我国艾滋病病毒感染者所遭受的就医歧视,主要源于卫技人员及社会的相关知识匮乏、感染者维权意识差和法律制度不健全、社会救助匮乏等,应通过加强医务人员职业防护知识、扭转公众传统的错误认知、倡导正确的文化导向、增强感染者维权意识、完善法律责任追究制度、健全反歧视的社会救助等措施来化解。

The discrimination against HIV patients treatment stemmed mainly from the lack of related knowledge for the health technical personnel and the society, imperfect legal system, and the lack of social relief, etc. Therefore, we should resolve it by taking the following measures： strengthening the medical staffs occupation- al protection knowledge, reversing the wrong cognition of traditional concepts, advocating right cultural orientation, strengthening the HIV-infected patients right protection consciousness, improving the system of legal responsibil- ity, perfecting social assistance of anti-discrimination measures, etc..
