碳纤维加固受损混凝土框架节点的试验研究 被引量:13

Experimental study on CFRP-strengthened damaged concrete column-beam joints

摘要 采用低周反复加载试验方法对采用碳纤维加固的受损混凝土框架节点进行试验研究,详细介绍了未加固、直接采用碳纤维加固和受损后采用碳纤维布加固情况下强柱弱梁和强梁弱柱型框架节点的破坏过程.结果表明:节点受损前采用碳纤维布加固的效果比节点受损后再加固的效果好;节点受损后经碳纤维加固,其抗剪承载能力和抗变形能力均有所提高,但对抗变形能力的提高更显著;碳纤维加固使得强梁弱柱型节点的破坏模式从脆性破坏转变为延性破坏;碳纤维布对框架节点进行加固可有效改善节点的捏缩现象,提高其耗能能力;框架节点试件受损加固后随着轴压比增大,节点的耗能能力提高的程度却在不断降低. The low-cycle and reverse loading test experimental method was used on CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastics)-strengthened damaged concrete column-beam joints .The damage period of stron-ger column weaker beam joint and stronger beam weaker column joint in unreinforced ,direct rein-forced and reinforced after damaged which used CFRP was detailed introduced in this paper .These re-sults demonstrate that the effect of joints reinforced before damaged is better than the effect of joint reinforced after damaged .The shear bearing capacity and deformation resistance of joint has been im-proved while reinforced after damaged ,especially the deformation resistance of joint . The failure mode of stronger beam weaker column joint which CFRP-strengthened after damaged transforms from brittleness to ductility .CFRP-strengthened damaged concrete column-beam joints can improve the shrinkage phenomenon and capability of energy consumption .The joint degree of improved energy consumption was decreased by raising axial compression ratio while used CFRP reinforced the dam-aged joints .
