浮顶储油罐内原油温度分布规律研究

摘要 为保障储油罐的安全运行,研制开发了一套储油罐温度场监测系统,应用该系统对5×10~4m^3、10×10~4m^3大型浮顶储罐在冬季和春季不同环境条件下的温度场进行测试。结果表明:储罐顶部、底部及罐壁附近存在低温区域,中心油温较高且较为均匀;进油对罐内油温有加热作用,受其影响,罐内温度最低点出现在进油口最远端;表层油温受环境条件影响显著,冬季温度最低;夏季随环境温度升高,罐底温度低于罐顶。 In order to ensure the safe operation of storage tank, a set of storage tank temperature field monitoring system was developed. The temperature field of 5× 10^4 m3 and 10× 10^4 m3 large floating roof tanks were detected by using temperature field testing device in different environmental conditions such as winter and spring. The results indicate that the top, the bottom and the wail of the tank are near to low temperature area, the center temperature is higher and more uniform. The temperature in tank could be raised by input oil, so the lowest temperature area is at the Far end of-input port of'the tank. The surface temperature is influenced by environmental conditions, the lowest temperature in the tank occurs in winter and the bottom temperature is lower than that of-the top in summer.
