摘要
液-液旋流分离旋流器具有体积小和分离效率高的特点,在海上油田含油污水处理领域得到广泛应用。但在现场实际使用过程中发现,由于旋流器内部结构设计不合理,在生产过程中旋流器腔体内聚集大量污泥,随着污泥不断沉积形成淤垢,导致旋流器内部的旋流管堵塞,最终使整个旋流器失去分离能力。根据斯托克斯理论及对含油污水水质测定,对淤垢产生原因进行分析,进而改进旋流器内部结构,提高旋流管进口流速并减少流场滞流空间;同时对旋流器部分腔体采用不锈钢材质,增强旋流器抗腐蚀能力。现场应用表明,改进后的旋流器结构可大大减少淤垢的产生量,旋流器能够长期保持高效的分离性能。
The liquid-liquid hydrocyclone has the advantage of small in size and high sepa- ration efficiency, and is widely used in the oily water treatment of sea oil field. But a mass of sludge was deposited in the internal of hydrocyclone body during the separation operating in field which was caused by irrational internal structural design of hydrocyclone. The cyclone tubes were blocked along with the sludge depositing and the hydrocyclone lost its Function of separation at last. The results interpretation of sludge blockage was performed according the Stokes' Law and the analysis of oily water quality. The internal structural of hydrocyclone was modified inorder to improve the velocity of inlet flow ofcyclone tube and reduce the misrun space of flow field. The capability of corrosion resistance was improved by adopting stainless steel For key parts of hydrocyclone body. The field application shows that improveing internal structural could obviously reduce the probability of sludge depositing and keep hydrocyclone with long-term high separation.
