沥青库EPC工程导热油热力系统设计与优选 被引量:1

摘要 为降低沥青库EPC工程设计中导热油采购一次性投资费用偏高问题,对导热油热力系统设计进行分析,并对3种导热油进行对比,结合沥青热力工艺设计条件,提出了导热油选用原则。根据导热油选型原则和项目工艺设计条件,能够满足要求的有3种型号的导热油,即DOWTHERM A合成导热油、THERMINOL 55合成导热油和HT5矿物导热油。HT5型导热油属于矿物型导热油,只要保证在300℃以下范围内使用,导热油的热稳定性好,饱和蒸汽压较低,不易挥发,HT5导热油为首选,可以满足沥青库的管道伴热和储罐维温的热力设计要求,节省近50%的导热油采购费。在国外某沥青库EPC工程设计中,首次运用导热油介质为沥青库的沥青管道和沥青储罐进行伴热及维温,目前系统正常运行近2年。 In order to reduce the purchase expense of conducting transfer oil in Asphalt Storage EPC project, this paper analyses the thermal system of heat conducting oil and compares the 3 types of heat conducting oil (Synthetic heat conducting oil Dowtherm A, THERMINOL55 and Mineral heat transfer oil HTS), puts forward the choosing principles of heat conducting oil based on the design condition of the asphalt thermodynamic technology. Mineral heat transfer oil HT5 can meets the key properties when being used at 300 ℃, and it has excellent thermal shock stability, lower saturated vapor pressure, less volatile, reasonable price; it can meet the thermal design requirements of-heat tracing of asphalt pipes and maintaining storage tanks temperature, it also can reduce the purchase expense by 50%. Now, it is the first time to use HT5 for asphalt pipe heat tracing and maintaining storage tank temperature in an Asphalt Storage EPC project and this project has been operating smoothly nearly 2 years.
