元坝高含硫气田笼套式节流阀损毁原因及改进措施 被引量:5

摘要 元坝气田投产初期,站场地面工艺流程的二级笼套式节流阀频繁出现节流失效现象,造成工艺管道超压触发站场三级关断。通过拆卸节流失效的二级节流阀,发现节流阀的内部阀件普遍损毁。为了查明节流阀损毁原因,从节流阀结构、阀套材质、生产工况条件和现场操作等四方面进行深入分析,并采取了更换新型节流阀、预防水合物形成、规范开井操作、调整气田联锁逻辑等四项具体的改进措施,有效地降低了二级笼套式节流阀的损坏概率,保障了元坝气田安全、平稳生产。 In the initial production of Yuanba Gas Field, throttle Failure phenomenon frequently occurred for the two-step corbula-type throttle valve in surface technological pro cess, causing well site gathering line overpressure and tertiary shutdown. After disassembling the failed two-step throttle valve, severely damaged phenomenon of internal valve could be noticed. In order to find out damage cause of the throttle valve, Four aspects including the structure of the throttle valve, the material of the valve jacket, production conditions and field operation were deeply analyzed in this paper. Then four specific improved measures such as replace new throttle, prevent hydrate Formation, standardize the operation of production and adjust gas field interlocking logic were taken to effectively reduce the damage probability of the two-step corbula-type throttle valve, therefore, ensuring the safe and smooth production of the Yuanba Gas Field.
