摘要
海缆敷设自始至终需要一气呵成、连续性作业,以确保海缆的安装质量,而影响连续性作业的因素主要是恶劣的天气。常规浅表层土的海缆敷埋工程,已有一套成熟的边敷边埋安装技术。对于特殊情形如海缆穿越航道需要埋深超过3 m的工程,次表层土变硬,开沟效率降低,以及敷缆时间过长势必增大途中遇天气恶化的风险,影响敷设的连续性。通过研究总结出两种埋深超过3 m的海缆敷埋安装工艺:边敷边埋工艺和预开沟、沟内敷缆、缆沟人工回填工艺,并进一步从敷缆过程连续性及质量安全方面论证了两种工艺的可行性。
The submarine cable installation shall be carried out continuously ana accomplished in one breath From the beginning to the end for ensuring the integrity of the submarine cable. Severe weather is the major cause which will affect submarine cable installation continuous operations. The simultaneously laying & burying operation technology usually utilized for submarine cable installation in a shallow surface soft soil. However, for special cases, such as crossing waterway, cables need to be buried more than 3 meters deep, it would take much longer time to perform submarine cable laying due to the sub-surface soil hardening and the trencher jetting soil efficiency decreasing, which will greatly increase the probability of the risk of suffering from severe weather during cable installation, and cause the operations to discontinue. Two kinds of methods have been recommended, which include burial depth of over 3 meters of submarine coble installation technology: "simultaneously cable laying & burying operation" and "pre-ditching, cable laid in the ditch and the ditch artificial backfilled operation", and then demonstrate the Feasibility of two recommended submarine cable installation technologies from the aspect of " the process of cable laying continuity, quality and safety.
