摘要
空气泡沫驱是一项极具潜力的提高采收率技术。针对空气泡沫驱过程中出现的腐蚀加剧问题,研究分析了腐蚀产物的组成,得出氧是加剧腐蚀程度的主要因素。提出含氧控制、上游治理、节点防腐、全程监测的防护治理思路,实际应用中将氧浓度尽量控制在5%以内。通过对空气泡沫驱防腐工艺的研究与应用有力保证了官15-2断块空气泡沫驱试验的顺利开展。
Air foam flooding is a very potential of EOP,. technology. According to the corrosion condition of air foam flooding in the process to add to the problems, we research and analysis of the composition of corrosion products, that the oxygen is the main factor to accelerate the corrosion degree of the application of oxygen content as far as possible within 5%. The idea of "control of oxygen, upstream governance, joint corrosion and full monitoring" is proposed, which effectively guarantees the smooth development of the air foam flooding of Guan 15-2 block through the study of'air foam flooding anticorrosion technology.
