摘要
介绍了QAD - 0 3破乳剂在胜利炼油厂污油中的使用情况。通过对试验前后污油罐详细的含水量分析和罐顶及罐底的含盐量分析 ,表明脱后污油含水、含盐达到了常减压装置的原油加工要求 。
Presents the application of QAD-03 demulsifying agent in foul oil in Shengli Refinery. The water content in foul oil tank and salt content at the top and bottom of the tank were analyzed in detail before and after the experiment. A very good result is obtained. It is shown that the water and salt content in demulsified foul oil can meet for regulation of crude oil processing in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
