摘要
工业萘法制取苯酐时,采用传统浮阀尾气洗涤塔,则会存在易堵、尾气易夹、洗涤效果差等一系列问题,导致装置不断停车检修,造成极大损失。本次洗涤塔设计,借鉴湿法烟气脱硫行业的尾气洗涤湍球塔的优点,采用湍球塔作为洗涤填料,同时根据苯酐尾气设计处理量,并对湍球流体动力学特性进行理论分析,对最小流化速度、静置床层高度、膨胀层高度和压力降等流体动力学参数进行关联,完成设计选型计算;塔内件设计增设旋流板、喷淋装置等一系列创新型设计,以期待增强洗涤和吸收效果。
In naphthalene-based phthalic anhydride plant,using float valve exhaust gas scrubber will lead to a series of problems,such as valve block,exhaust gas entrainment and poor scrubbing effect,resulting in frequent shutdown of the plant and great loss.In this paper,the design of exhaust gas scrubber for naphthalene-based phthalic anhydride plant utilizes the advantages of turbulent ball scrubber used in wet flue gas desulfurization field,takes turbulent ball as the packing,designs the capacity according to the exhaust gas from phthalic anhydride plant,analyzes the fluid dynamic characteristics of turbulent ball and calculates the fluid dynamic parameters such as minimum fluidization velocity,static bed height,expansion layer height and pressure drop to complete the design and type selection calculation.A series of innovative tower internals including swirl plate and spray thrower are installed,so as to enhance the scrubbing and absorption effect.
