摘要
通过对某电站水煤浆锅炉脱硫系统运行中出现的脱硫塔内结垢严重、无法长期稳定运行及脱硫效率低下等问题的深入分析,找出了问题产生的影响因素,并通过在现场进行的单管试验及装置试运,着重探讨了p H值、液气比、脱硫塔压损等运行参数对脱硫效率的影响,从而确定了水煤浆锅炉烟气脱硫的最佳运行参数,解决了脱硫系统结垢严重、无法长期运行及烟气中二氧化硫排放超标的难题,并为水煤浆清洁燃烧技术的发展提供依据。
This article analyzes in detail the problems in the operation of coal-water slurry boiler flue gas desulfurization system in a power plant including scale formation,unstable operation and low desulfurization efficiency,finds out the influential factors,and uses the experiment data of single tube test and commissioning test on site to discuss the influence of operation parameters including pH value,liquid gas ratio and pressure loss of desulfurization tower on desulfurization efficiency,thus determining the optimum operation parameters for coal-water slurry boiler flue gas desulfurization, solving the problems including scale formation,unstable operation and excessive emission of sulfur dioxide in flue gas,and providing a basis for the development of clean coal water slurry combustion technology.
