摘要
对丙烯酸乙酯与丙烯酸丁酯的生产工艺中反应和精制单元的差异进行了定性分析,通过反应产物组成特性、溶解度差异、共沸特性3个方面详细深入地讨论了物性对最终生产工艺选择的影响。其结果表明,两种工艺的反应器形式差异较大,为保证单程转化率达到40%以上,丙烯酸丁酯反应器采用了流化床与催化剂循环系统;丙烯酸乙酯生产的工艺原理是依据其溶解度和共沸物的特性获得最终产品;而丙烯酸丁酯生产则主要仅仅利用其共沸特性。
A qualitative analysis was carried out to explore the reaction and refining differences between ethyl acrylate(EA)and butyl acrylate(BA)production processes.The composition properties of reaction products,the solubility difference and the azeotropic characteristics were discussed and all these properties have an important effect on the final selection of production process.The results showed that the reactors selected for the two processes differed a lot.Fluidized bed and catalytic recycling system were adopted by BA reactor to ensure a one-way conversion of more than 40%.Solubility and azeotropic characteristic were the main principles of EA production process,while azeotropic characteristic was the only principle of BA production process.
