摘要
简要叙述了国外聚丙烯技术的发展,产能、产量及现运行的聚丙烯装置技术概况。2015全球聚丙烯的产能为7 188万t/a,其中中国的产能为1 860 t/a,为全球之冠[1-2]。面对中国聚丙烯技术和产能的发展,通过聚丙烯在我国产能提高、技术发展的经历,针对聚丙烯行业现在存在的问题,进行了有益的思考。提出我国聚丙烯今后进行产业链结构性调整、改革、发展的内容,进行两个供给侧的调整,其一是丙烯生产原料供给侧,其二是市场对聚丙烯需求的供给侧。
This paper briefly introduces the development of polypropylene technology abroad and the production capacity,production and operation of polypropylene plants.The global polypropylene production capacity in 2015 was71.88 million tons,while China ranked the first with a production capacity of 18.6 million tons.Faced with the development of polypropylene technology and productioncapacity in China,this paper ties to solve the problems in the polypropylene industry through the experiences in improving the polypropylene production capacity and developing the polypropylene technology in China,and puts forward the focus of the structure adjustment,reform and development of China's polypropylene industry chain in the future.Two supply-side adjustments should be carried out.One is the raw material for propylene production,and the other is the market demand for polypropylene.
