摘要 介绍了工程信息管理的定义和现状,分析了工程公司与石化企业的信息化需求。概述工程信息管理的具体项目实现思路,包括集成设计和集成管理,以及基于工厂对象的工程信息管理。结合应用反馈总结项目建设的成效,思考对现有工作模式的改变,同时对项目过程中发现的问题进行论述。通过石化工程信息项目建设的实践和思考,提出建立石化行业标准、EPC承包商主导石化信息化建设、数字化智慧工厂设想、改变现有设计模式和交付模式等行业未来展望。 This paper introduces the definition and present situation of engineering information management, and analyzes the information demand of engineering company and petrochemical enterprise.An overview of the information management,including the integrated design and integrated management,as well as the project information management based on the plant are given.Based on the feedback from the project application,this paper summarizes the achievements of project construction,and discusses the changes in the existing work mode and some problems found in the project process. Through the practice and thinking of the petrochemical engineering information project construction,the future prospects of the industry are put forward including the establishment of industrial standard for petrochemical industry,the petrochemical information construction led by the EPC contractors,the digital smart factory,and the changes in the existing design pattern and delivery mode.
