摘要 单极性IGBT驱动电路结构简单,成本低,却存在换流时射极产生负压引起振荡以及米勒效应引起二次开通等问题,针对以上问题设计了一种基于单极性电源供电的IGBT驱动电源和门极驱动控制电路。采用自举电路给上桥臂驱动供电,通过有源箝位及自举限流等方法来解决换流时IGBT射极的负压问题,采用三极管来分流米勒电流,解决米勒效应引起的的二次误开通问题。实验结果证明了该方法的可行性与正确性。 The unipolar IGBT drive circuit has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, but there exists the problems of the emitter generating negative pressure and oscillation and the Miller effect caused by two open problems in the circuit. Aiming at the above problems and based on the unipolar power supply, the IGBT drive power and the gate drive control circuit are designed. The bootstrap circuit is adopted to supply the power for the upper bridge arm, through active clamp and bootstrap current limiting method is adopted to solve the problem of the negative pressure for the IGBT emitter, the triode is adopted to shunt the Miller current, and thus the two error opening problems caused by the Miller effect are solved. The experimental results show that the method is feasible and correct.
