摘要
国家标准GB 18306-2015《中国地震动参数区划图》(五代图)已于2016年6月1日起开始实施。新一代区划图的实施,使得建筑的土建成本较之前有所改变。运用结构设计软件,按照规范规定的最低标准完成各种结构构件在不同地震动参数下的内力和配筋计算,并根据建设工程预算定额和估价表对其进行施工图预算和经济性的对比分析,从而比较某一地震动参数变化对典型钢筋混凝土框架结构建筑土建成本的影响。
The National Standard GB 18306 -2015 "Seismic Ground Motion Parameter Zonation Map of China" has been implemented since June 1, 2016. The implementation of a new generation of zoning map will change the civil construction cost in a certain degree compared to before. Using structural design software and in accordance with the minimum standards set by the relevant technical norms, this paper completes the internal force and reinforcement calculation of various structure members under different ground motion parameters, and according to the latest construction project budget quota and account ealuation table, the paper gets the budget and economic eontrastive analysis of construction drawings. Then, the influence of the change of the ground motion parameters on the construction cost of the typical reinforced concrete frame structure is compared.
