摘要
介绍了聚氯乙烯装置汽提系统的技术改造 ,通过提高汽提塔的操作温度和压力 ,延长PVC浆料停留时间 ,达到了脱除浆料中VCM的目的 ,结果表明 ,由于工艺条件的变化 ,使尾气回收率达到 10 0 % ,取得了显著的经济效益。
Presents the technical revamp of PVC stripping system. The VCM is removed from the slurry feed by increasing operating temperature and pressure of the stripping column and prolonging the residence time of PVC slurry feed. The result shows that the tail gas recovery reaches 100% because of the change of process conditions, and obvious economic results are obtained.
