英国脱欧对欧盟中东欧成员国经济的影响

The Economic Consequences of the “Brexit” upon EU's CEE Member States

英国脱欧对欧盟中的中东欧成员国在经济方面的影响可以分为短期、中期、长期三个层次。总体来看,英国脱欧在短期和中期内对中东欧成员国的股市、贸易、投资、移民等问题影响有限;在未来的长期政策方面,对中东欧成员国在资本市场开放和服务业开放问题上具有一定间接影响,但在能源问题和TTIP及中国与中东欧合作等问题上则可能会有直接影响。英国脱欧在中东欧成员国是否使用欧元的问题上影响不大。

The economic consequences of Britain's exit from the EU can be analyzed from short- run,medium-run and long-run perspectives. In general terms,the Brexit has limited impacts on stock market,trade,investment and immigrants of CEE member states in short- and medium-run. It is expected that the Brexit have some indirect impacts on the opening- up of capital market and service industry of CEE countries, however, direct impact are probable in terms of energy and TTIP issues as well as Sino-CEE cooperation.In addition, the impact of the Brexit on the choice of CEE countries ' Euro adoption is marginal.
