圣曲红曲胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Shengqu Hongqu Capsules in treatment of atherosclerosis

目的研究圣曲红曲胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的疗效。方法选择经彩色多普勒超声检出的120例颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为2组,每组60例。治疗组口服圣曲红曲胶囊4粒/次,3次/d,连续服用24周;对照组口服辛伐他汀20 mg/d,连续服用24周,两组分别在治疗前、治疗中(第12周)检测血脂数据及检查颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),在治疗后(第24周)检测氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox LDL)及IMT。结果治疗组与对照组12周数据与治疗前比较,三酰甘油(TG)分别降低55.60%和47.62%,总胆固醇(TC)分别降低27.13%和23.95%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)分别降低28.18%和28.70%,以上三项数据两组间比较均无显著性差异;治疗组第12周数据与治疗前比较高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高46.79%,对照组HDL-C无显著变化,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组ox LDL和IMT均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间差异无统计学意义。结论圣曲红曲胶囊不仅具有调脂作用,还能减轻颈动脉粥样硬化病变,消退颈动脉粥样硬化斑块和减轻炎症反应,具有稳定并逆转斑块的作用,逆转斑块的作用与辛伐他汀相当。

Objective To study the effect of Shengqu Hongqu Capsules in the treatment of patients with carotid atherosclerosis, and to determine the time and course of treatment of Shengqu Hongqu Capsules. Methods Totally 120 patients with carotid atherosclerosis detected by color Doppler ultrasound were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The first treatment group （oral Shengqu Hongqu Capsules 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day） were administered for 24 weeks; Second control groups （Simvastatin 20 mg daily） were administered for 24 weeks, the two groups respectively before treatment, treatment （12th week） and blood lipid data to detect the carotid artery intima-media thickness （detection IMT）, in the two groups after treatment （24th week） oxLDL examination of carotid artery intima-media thickness （IMT） detection. Results the treatment group compared with the control group for 12 weeks and data before treatment, TG decreased by 55.60% and 47.62%, TC were decreased by 27.13% and 23.95%, LDL-C were decreased by 28.18% and 28.70%, more than three data showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）; Compared with before treatment, in 12th week treatment group data, HDL-C increased by 46.79%, the control group was HDL-C change; Compared with before treatment, after treatment two groups of carotid artery intima-media thickness （IMT） were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups, the carotid intima-media thickness （IMT） was not statistically significant decrease. Conclusion Shengqu Hongqu Capsules not only has lipid-lowering effect, but also can significantly reduce the carotid atherosclerotic lesions and reduce inflammation, with stable and reverse the plaque, and the effect was as good as simvastatin.
