摘要 通过"油粒子"溢油风险评价模型,模拟厦门港后石港区某码头静风、主导风向(东北风)和不利风向(西南风)3种风场条件下,一个潮周期内涨急、高潮、落急和低潮4个时段,在码头前沿溢油100t、航道交叉点溢油1000t的影响范围、影响程度和影响敏感目标的时间。本文可为溢油事故应急防范对策的制定及溢油损害评估提供科学决策和支持,提升厦门港后石海域环境风险管理应急能力建设。 Based on oil particle model, the oil spill model was built in Houshi Port Area of Xiamen Port, and then the drift path and the influence of oil film were simulated under the calm wind, the dominant wind and adverse wind conditions. One hundred tons and one thousand tons of fuel oil was set as the initial spill in wharf and channel cross point, respectively, to model the oil-spill diffusion process over 12h. Through the simulation of the oil movement, it specifically analyzed the impact of the sensitive goals after the oil spilling. This paper could provide technical support for the oil spill emergency decisionmaking and its damage assessment.
