The article has summarized that the old is increasing under the background of high economic level Linyi has entered the aging stage. To salve the problem of pension, the government introduced the PPP model. It is one of the government most support endowment way and the most elder people all like it. The article explores the feasibility and necessity of PPP model in Linyi based on the analysis of the present situation of community home endowment. At the same time, we draw some lessons from the successful experience of domestic and foreign. Put forward specific proposals to PPP project in Linyi. This will promote the construction of community home endowment in our country.
