中国战略性新兴产业对外直接投资策略选择:基于产能利用率与国际竞争力的研究

The Strategy Choice for China's Strategic Emerging Industry's Foreign Direct Investment: Based on Capacity Utilization and International Competitiveness

中国战略性新兴产业面临着对内合理利用产能、对外提升国际竞争力的双重压力,而推进战略性新兴产业对外直接投资可起到向国外输出产能、增强贸易品竞争力的作用,为此本文主要基于产能利用率和国际竞争力的分析来研究中国战略性新兴产业对外直接投资的策略选择。首先,本文利用数据包络分析方法测算了2011—2014年中国战略性新兴产业产能利用率情况;其次,基于出口贸易品技术含量水平测算了2011—2014年中国战略性新兴产业的国际竞争力指数;再次,结合产能利用率与国际竞争力指数,分析了6个战略性新兴产业的综合地位;最后,结合相关分析为6个战略性新兴产业提出了对外直接投资的策略选择。

China＇s strategic emerging industry is facing dual pressure： rational utilization of capacity internally and international competitiveness externally. However, promoting the strategic emerging industry foreign direct investment has the effect of outputting capacity abroad and strengthening the competitive power of the trade goods. Therefore, this paper is mainly based on the analysis of capacity utilization and international competitiveness in order to study China＇s strategy choice of foreign direct investment in strategic emerging industries. At first, this paper uses data envelopment analysis（DEA） method estimating the capacity utilization of China＇s strategic emerging industries from 2011 to 2014. Next, based on the technical levels of export trade product, it estimates international competitiveness index of China＇s strategic emerging industries from 2011 to 2014. Then, combining capacity utilization and international competitiveness index, it analyzes the comprehensive status of six strategic emerging industries. Finally, in combination with relevant analysis, it puts forwards some foreign direct investment strategies for China＇s six strategic emerging industries.
