顺铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌临床效果探究

To Explore Clinical Effect of Cisplatin Combined with Tijiao in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:探究顺铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗果。方法:对江西省鄱阳县人民医院2010年1月至2012年6月收治并确诊的60例晚期胃癌患者进行回顾性分析,通过比较不同的化疗方案对晚期胃癌患者临床疗效及不良反应的发生率的差异,进一步明确顺铂联合替吉奥化疗对晚期胃癌患者的临床疗效。结果:与传统化疗方案(即5-氟尿嘧啶化疗泵泵入联合顺铂静滴化疗)的对照组比较,实验组化疗方案(顺铂联合替吉奥化疗)的患者治疗有效率明显提高(P<0.05);且顺铂联合替吉奥组的骨髓抑制不良反应的发生率与对照组的发生率无明显差异。结论:顺铂联合替吉奥对治疗晚期胃癌具有良好的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of cisplatin combined with Tijiao in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods： 60 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer in Jiangxi Province Boyang County People＇s Hospital in January 2010 - 2012 June who have been diagnosed and treated were retrospectively analyzed. By comparing clinical efficacy and adverse reactions occurrence rate of different chemotherapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer, to further clarify the clinical efficacy of Tijiao combined with cisplatin chemotherapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer.Results： Experimental group chemotherapy （cisplatin combined with Tijiao treatment） showed more effective rate compared with the conventional chemotherapy （5-fluorouracil chemotherapy pump combined with cisplatin and intravenous chemotherapy） （P〈0.05）; and there was no significant difference in bone marrow inhibition, the occurrence of adverse reactions rate.Conclusion： Cisplatin combined with Tijiao has a good curative effect on the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, thus it is worthy of clinical application.
