康妇炎胶囊保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎患者的护理分析

Nursing Care of Patients with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Treated by Retention Enema with Kang Fu Yan Capsule Nanchang First Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的:探究康妇炎胶囊保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎患者的护理分析。方法:选取2015年3月至2016年3月在南昌市第一医院进行治疗的盆腔炎患者64例,随机分为实验组和对照组,所有患者通过康妇炎胶囊保留灌肠进行治疗,在治疗期间,实验组患者实施有针对性的护理措施,对照组患者实施常规护理措施,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率(96.9%)高于对照组(81.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在应用康妇炎胶囊保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎患者时,配合有针对性的护理干预,可以提高治疗效果。

Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of retention enema with Kang Fu Yan capsule in treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods： From March 2015 to March 2016, 64 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in the First Hospital of Nanchang were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. All patients were treated by Retention Enema with Kang Fu Yan capsule, during the period of treatment, the experimental group patients with targeted nursing measures, control group patients with routine nursing measures, compared with the two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results： The total effective rate in the experimental group （96.9%） was higher than that in the control group （81.2%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： In the application of Kang Fu Yan capsule retention enema treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease patients, with targeted nursing intervention, can improve the treatment effect.
