乌拉地尔和尼卡地平治疗老年高血压急症的疗效对比观察

The Observation of Urapidil and Nicardipine in the Treatment of Elderly Acute Hypertension

目的:研究对比乌拉地尔和尼卡地平对于老年高血压急症的治疗效果。方法:收集分析2013年至2014年于宜春市人民医院就诊的84例老年高血压急症患者的临床资料,将84例患者的资料随机分为乌拉地尔组(W组)41例和尼卡地平组(N组)43例,记录两组治疗前后相同时间内的收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)和心率(heart rate,HR)的变化值。结果:经过治疗,W组和N组的患者血压都得到了很好的控制,治疗后收缩压、舒张压的下降都比较明显,但治疗后比较两组差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);乌拉地尔组(W组)在给药后HR降低,尼卡地平组给药后HR升高,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两组降压药对高血压的治疗均有效,其降压效果相当,乌拉地尔起效速度更快,尼卡地平可以维持血压稳定。

Objective： To study the effect of urapidil and nicardipine for the treatment of elderly hypertensive emergency.Methods： 84 cases of elderly hypertensive emergency patients from 2013 to 2014 in Yichun People＇s Hospitalwere randomly divided into urapidil group （W group, 41 cases） and nicardipine group （N group, 43 cases）, systolic blood pressure （SBP） within the same time before and after treatment, diastolic blood pressure （DBP） and heart rate （HR） changes were recorded.Results： After treatment, the blood pressure of patients in group B and N groups are well controlled after treatment systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure drops are more obvious, the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）; urapidil group （W group） showed lower HR, nicardipine group showed higher HR, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The two antihypertensive drugs are effective for the treatment of hypertension, antihypertensive effect was equivalent, while urapidil acts faster onset, and nicardipine can maintain a stable blood pressure.
