我国沿海地区休闲渔业与旅游经济间的互动耦合研究

The interaction and coupling research between recreational fishing and tourism economy in China's coastal areas

在对休闲渔业发展与旅游经济增长的互动与耦合机理进行理论分析的基础上,运用单位根检验、协整检验和面板数据模型定量分析了沿海地区休闲渔业发展与旅游经济增长之间的互动关系,并构建耦合度模型量化二者之间的耦合关系。结果表明:(1)沿海地区休闲渔业发展与旅游经济增长之间长期耦合关系明显,相互间均具有显著的促进作用,并且除河北、福建和辽宁外,后者对前者的正向影响均大于前者对后者的正向影响。(2)沿海11省市中,旅游经济增长对休闲渔业发展的影响系数居前三位的为上海、广东、天津,河北、辽宁、山东排名后三位;休闲渔业发展对旅游经济增长的影响系数居前三位的为河北、福建、辽宁,上海、海南、广东排名后三位。(3)沿海11省市中,广西属于休闲渔业发展与旅游经济增长的良性互动型;江苏、浙江、山东、天津、福建、海南、辽宁和广东属于休闲渔业发展与旅游经济增长的互动发展型,其中前4个省市二者在较高程度上耦合,后4个省二者在较低程度上耦合;河北和上海属于休闲渔业发展与旅游经济增长的互动萌芽型。据此,提出了进一步提升沿海地区休闲渔业与旅游经济互动耦合发展的政策建议。

On the basis of theoretical analysis of interaction and coupling mechanism between recreational fishing and tourism economy, using unit root test, cointegration test and panel data model, the interaction between the development of recreational fishing and tourism economic growth in the coastal area are quantitatively analyzed and the coupling model to quantify the degree of coupling between the two is built. The results showed that： （1） long-term coupling between the development of recreational fishing and tourism economic growth in the coastal area was significant, and a significant promoting role existed between each other, and except Hebei, Fujian and Liaoning, the latter＇s positive impact on the former was bigger than the former＇s positive impact on the latter. （2） Of 1 l coastal provinces and cities, for the influence coefficient of tourism economic growth to the development of recreational fishing, the top three were Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin, and after the row of three were Hebei, Liaoning, Shandong; for the influence coefficient of the development of recreational fishing to tourism economic growth, the top three were Hebei, Fujian, Liaoning, and after the row of three were Shanghai, Hainan, Guangdong. （3） Of 11 coastal provinces and cities, Guangxi province belonged to the benign interactive between the development of recreational fishing and tourism economic growth; Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Tianjin, Fujian, Hainan, Liaoning and Guangdong belonged to both the development of interactive type, of which both was in the higher degree of coupling for the first four provinces,, and for the last four provinces, both was in the lower degree of coupling; Hebei and Shanghai belonged to both budding interactive type. Accordingly, policy recommendations to further enhance the interaction coupling between recreational fishing and tourism economy were proposed.
