国际教育智库与全球教育价值取向的演变--以联合国教科文组织下设教育机构为例 被引量:6

摘要 联合国教科文组织一系列下设教育机构作为国际教育智库,与全球教育价值取向的演变紧密相关,引领了世界教育发展的趋势,为各国教育变革指明了方向。它们对全球教育价值取向的影响主要体现为"一条主线三个阶段",即"人文关怀"作为一脉相承的理念贯穿始终,经历了从二十世纪七十年代的教育民主与终身教育,到二十世纪九十年代的全纳教育与终身学习,再到二十一世纪初期的可持续教育与新人文教育这三个阶段,均体现出对人自身价值的张扬和对人类命运的终极关怀。在未来的全球教育治理进程中,联合国教科文组织下设教育机构秉持的"人文关怀"仍将是全球教育价值取向的主导方向和世界各国教育政策制定的立足点。 As an international education think tank, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization is closely related to the evolution of the global education value orientation, leading the world education development trends, pointing out the direction for national education change. Her impact on the global education value orientations is mainly embodied in "one mean line and three stages", namely the concept of "humanistic care" as a coherent throughout, has experienced educational democracy and the lifelong education in the 1970s, the all-inclusive education and lifelong learning in the 1990s, and the new sustainable education and humanities education in early 21st century. All these stages manifest her concerns for the actualization of human values and the ultimate development of the humanity. In the process of global education governance, education institutions of UNESCO, adhering to the "humanistic care", will continue to the education value orientation of the world's leading director and the standpoint of education policies around the world.
