知识生态系统关注知识在利益极大化条件下的创造、整合、共享和使用,它具有模块化、网络化及价值创造三大属性。在培养目标、运行机制、知识价值链、教与学以及知识网络五大维度,本科人才培养表现出知识生态属性。本科人才培养的知识生态系统是由知识生态个体、知识生态种群和知识生态群落等不同层次的系统所构成的复合体,其主要功能是创造知识价值、商业价值及社会价值。本科人才培养知识生态系统的运行机制包括功能支撑机制、利益协调机制和条件保障机制,其运行遵循创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享的原则。

Undergraduate talent training has the knowledge ecological attributes in the five dimensions of goal： operation mechanism, knowledge value chain, teaching learning and the knowledge network.
