摘要 知识生态系统关注知识在利益极大化条件下的创造、整合、共享和使用,它具有模块化、网络化及价值创造三大属性。在培养目标、运行机制、知识价值链、教与学以及知识网络五大维度,本科人才培养表现出知识生态属性。本科人才培养的知识生态系统是由知识生态个体、知识生态种群和知识生态群落等不同层次的系统所构成的复合体,其主要功能是创造知识价值、商业价值及社会价值。本科人才培养知识生态系统的运行机制包括功能支撑机制、利益协调机制和条件保障机制,其运行遵循创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享的原则。 the knowledge ecology system pays more attention to the interest creation, integration, sharing and use of knowledge under the condition of benefit maximization, and has three organization attributes: modularity, network and value creation. Undergraduate talent training has the knowledge ecological attributes in the five dimensions of goal: operation mechanism, knowledge value chain, teaching learning and the knowledge network. The knowledge ecology system of undergraduate talent training is composed of a system of different levels, such as knowledge ecology individual, knowledge ecology population and knowledge ecology community, and its main function is to create knowledge value, commercial value and social value. The operating mechanism of undergraduate talent training knowledge ecology system includes function support mechanism, interest coordination mechanism and condition guarantee mechanism, it operates under the principles of innovation, coordination, green, sharing and opening.
