摘要
开展培训需求研究,是提高培训质量的前提性、基础性工作。虽然不同利益相关者对干部培训存在多样化甚至相互矛盾的需求,但干部培训需求根本上是指向事业发展的要求,主要应体现组织需求和岗位需求。干部培训需求研究应注意谁来研究干部培训需求、如何研究干部培训需求以及研究结果如何使用等问题。
Training requirement research. This is the prerequisite and basis for the improvement of the quality of training. Although there are diverse and even contradictory needs among different parties concerned, the demand for cadre training is fundamentally a requirement for development, which mainly reflects the organizational needs and career requirements. The study of cadre training needs should pay attention to who needs to study the demand for cadre training, how to study the needs for cadre training and how to use the research results.
