Research on Military Aided Decision-making Models and the Solving Techniques

摘要 军事指挥决策是作战体系中的核心环节之一,在日益复杂多变的战场环境下如何更好的辅助指挥官进行决策已成为军事研究领域中的热点问题。首先简要介绍了课题研究的主题、背景和意义,进而详细归纳了军事辅助决策过程中包括数学规划、仿真优化、博弈论、案例推理和兵棋推演在内的五种常用军事辅助决策模型及其求解技术,并对部分具有代表性的应用案例进行了概括总结。最后分析比较了各自的适用条件和优缺点,同时结合辅助决策的军事需求对求解技术未来的研究方向进行了展望。 Military command and decision-making is one of the core processes in the combat system,and how to better assist the commanders to make decisions in the increasingly complex and varied battlefield environment is a hot issue in the military research area. The theme,background and significance of the research are briefly introduced at first. Then a detailed overview of five common models and their solving techniques during the course of military aided decision-making are carried out,including mathematical programming,simulation optimization,game theory,case-based reasoning and wargame,and some representative application cases are summarized. Finally,the applicable conditions,advantages and disadvantages of them are analyzed and compared,and the prospects of future research trend of solving techniques are discussed at the same time according to the military demand of aided decision-making.
