摘要
基于美国空军研究实验室(AFRL)近期发布的关于"高超声速导弹武器材料和工艺"项目的广泛机构通告(BAA),介绍了项目的基本情况,总结了第一阶段提案征集需求要点,并从高超声速助推滑翔武器当前技术成熟度水平、集成计算材料工程(ICME)等先进方法的应用等角度对该项目进行了分析和评述。
Based on the broad agency announcements of "Materials and Processing for Expendable Hypersonic Vehicles"released recently by the US Air Force Research Laboratory,primary information about the program is briefed,and tenets of the program proposal requirements during the call-1 phase are summarized. In terms of technology readiness level(TRL) and application of advanced material development method such as integrated computational materials engineering(ICME) framework are analyzed.
