京津冀一体化背景下秦皇岛市新能源汽车充电设施建设对策研究

Development countermeasures of new energy automobile charging infrastructure in Qinhuangdao background of Integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

加强秦皇岛市市区内充电设施建设,不仅可以助力秦皇岛市新能源汽车的发展,还可以提升城市形象发展旅游事业。但是秦皇岛市本身所拥有的新能源汽车数量很少,旅游行业具有明显的季节性、区域性,再考虑到现有技术的限制,充电设施建设规模不宜过大。因此,应在充分利用现有资源的基础上,发展充电设施建设,做到"方便、好找、有用、够用",并对此提出了发展对策。

Charging infrastructure construction of Qinhuangdao, a small and medium sized tourist city a round Beijing and tianjin, had not started yet. Strengthen the construction of the charging infrastructure in small and medium sized tourist city urban area, not only could improve the image of the city tourism development, could also help development of new energy vehicles. But small and medium sized tourism city had a few new energy vehicles, distribution had obvious seasonal, regional, and technical level was limited. So construction scale should not be too big. Therefore, should development of charging charging infrastructure construction, based on existing resources. Accomplish ＂convenient, good search, useful, and sufficiency,＂ and put forward development countermeasures.
