This paper expounds the bridge crane girder security appraisal. According to the testing requirements and specifications,the span of the bridge girder,diagonal,deformation,stress and strain,component damage condition and joint inspection are tested. The bearing capacity of the structure is also checked and analyzed,the reinforcement schemes and construction methods are presented,and so the hidden dangers of structure are eliminated and the lifting capacity of crane is restored.
