摘要
针对某石化产业园区污水水质波动大、可生化性不好、现有污水处理工艺难于达标等问题,在分析现有设施运行情况和实际水质状况的基础上,提出了采用水解+A/O+MBR的工艺处理该园区污水,并进行现场中试试验研究。经3个月的条件试验及1个月的连续运行,处理后出水COD质量浓度低于50 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度低于5 mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准要求。
There are some problems in petrochemical industrial park,such as frequent water quality fluctuation,poor biodegradability and flunk effluent test. Through analyses of the operation of sewage treatment facilities and wastewater quality data,the process flow of hydrolytic acidification + A / O system + ultrafiltration has been proposed and the pilot research is conducted on the site. After 3 months of condition study and one month of trial run,the results show that the effluent of the concentrations of COD is less than 50 mg / L,the concentrations of NH3-N is less than 5 mg / L and the effluent can meet the requirements of National First Grade A Discharge Standard( GB 18918—2002).
