摘要
ZnO-BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2系统玻璃可作为钛酸盐功能材料的烧结助剂来使用,通过研究ZnO-BaOB_2O_3-SiO_2-TiO_2玻璃析晶性能,可进一步研究其作为钛酸盐功能材料的烧结助剂所起到的作用。采用XRD、SEM等测试方法,对ZnO-BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2-TiO_2系统玻璃析晶性能进行了研究,讨论了不同的晶化时间对该系统玻璃的析晶行为、微观结构、热膨胀性能及其化学稳定性的影响。结果表明,该系统玻璃中析出的是TiO_2晶体,随着晶化时间的加长,由单一的圆球状晶体转变为针状,晶化时间为18h时,TiO_2晶体颗粒发生团聚。晶化时间的延长,玻璃的热膨胀系数及特征温度降低,化学稳定性变好。
The crystallization and properties of ZnO-BaO-B2O3-SiO2-TiO2 system glass used as the sintering aid of titanates were studied by XRD and SEM.The effect of crystallization time on the crystallization behavior,microstructure,thermal expansion coefficient and chemical durability were studied.The results showed that the precipitation of the glass was TiO2 crystal,and the shape of crystals was changed from single spherical shape to acicular with the increasing of crystallization time.TiO2 crystal particles agglomerated at crystallization time of 18 h.The expansion coefficient and characteristic temperature of glass decreased with the prolonging of crystallization time,while acid resistance increased.
