摘要
本研究针对雅马哈公司某摩托车型设计1款外形美观、各项性能满足标准要求的前照灯。首先根据车头数据,构建灯具外观面的造型;然后提出灯罩与灯壳的连接方式,根据材料的耐热标准确定;根据车企的具体要求,调整了灯头安装脚和灯头孔的连接方式;基于配光模拟,构建了灯壳内表面数据;最后进行了试验验证,结果表明该型灯具的配光性能、耐温性能、抗振动性能均满足要求。
Aiming at a certain type of motorcycle from YAMAHA corporation,a headlamp with nice appearance and super performance is designed in this paper.Firstly,lamp facade is established according to the information of headstock.Secondly,the connection type between lampshade and lamp body is proposed according to the requirement for thermal performance,and the connection mode between mounting feet and lamp holder is adjusted.Thirdly,the internal surface of lamp body is constructed based on lighting simulation.Finally,experimental verifications are carried out,and the result shows that the photometric characteristic,anti-vibration performance and heat resistance of the designed lamp all meet the requirements.
