Optimization of extraction technology of Forsythia suspensa leaves

摘要 目的优化连翘叶提取工艺,为制备连翘叶速溶茶奠定基础。方法采用正交试验,考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、回流时间和回流次数4个因素对连翘苷、连翘酯苷A、芦丁的质量分数和出膏率的影响。结果优选的工艺为:6倍量体积分数50%乙醇,提取2次,每次0.5 h;其中回流次数对连翘叶提取工艺的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化后的提取工艺稳定可靠,可为进一步制备连翘叶速溶茶提供参考。 Objective To optimize the better extraction technology of Forsythia suspense leaves and lay the foundation for the preparation of Forsythia suspense leaves instant tea. Methods The L9( 34) orthogonal test was used to evaluate the effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,reflux time and reflux times for phillyrin,forsythoside A,rutin and the yield of dry extract. Results The optimal extraction process was as follows: 6 times the volume fraction of 50% ethanol,extracting 2 times,0. 5 h for each time,and the extracting times had significant effect on the extraction technology of Forsythia suspense leaves. Conclusions The optimized extraction process was stable and reliable which could provide a reference for further preparation of instant tea leaf Forsythia.
