摘要
目的调查某院外科手术患者围术期磷酸肌酸钠应用情况,以促进其合理应用。方法通过医院信息系统,按比例分别抽取某院6个外科2014年1月—2014年5月出院病历950份,统计抽取病例中使用磷酸肌酸钠的患者的性别、年龄、身高、体重、现病史、既往病史、临床诊断、磷酸肌酸钠使用剂量、频次、疗程、配伍药物及溶媒以及患者用药前的相关检查等资料。结果 905例患者中,213例患者(22.4%)使用了磷酸肌酸钠,其中159例(74.6%)为无指征用药;单剂量、频次及溶媒与说明书相符者仅24例(11.3%),184例与其他药物配伍使用,平均支出(805.79±599.57)元。结论某院外科手术患者存在无适应证使用磷酸肌酸钠的情况,需加强干预管理,以促进用药合理性。
Objective To analyze the phosphocreatine sodium（ PCrs） use in surgical departments for rational drug application. Methods 950 inpatients from six surgical departments were sampled at a certain proportion from January to May 2014,in which patients used PCrs were statistically analyzed according to PCrs dose,usage,solvent,diagnosis,and laboratory examinations,etc. Results Among 950 cases,213 cases（ 22.4%） were used PCrs,in which 159 cases（ 74.6%） had no indications. 24 cases＇ PCrs usage met with the instruction and 184 cases were treated by PCrs combined with other drugs. The medical expenses of PCrs were 805.79± 599.57 yuan on average. Conclusion Unreasonable use of phosphocreatine sodium exists in surgical departments,which should be further managed for rational drug use.
