摘要
因电子元器件过热而发生的设备故障对电子系统和设备可靠性的影响非常大。利用Flo THERM软件对发动机控制器进行热设计、热分析,通过基于软件的对比试验和实物验证,证明了其散热结构的合理性。
The devices failure due to overheating of electronic components is very important for the reliability of electronic systems or devices. In this paper,the thermal design and thermal analysis of the engine controller is made through Flo THERM software. The rationality of the heat dissipation structure is proved by the contrast experiment and the physical verification experiment.
