HPLC同时测定人参五味子颗粒中3种人参皂苷含量

摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定人参五味子颗粒中人参皂苷Rg1,Re,Rb1含量的方法.方法:色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长为203 nm;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃.结果:人参皂苷Rg1进样量在0.160-3.200μg(r=0.9997)、人参皂苷Re进样量在0.216-4.320μg(r=0.9999)、人参皂苷Rb1进样量在0.274-5.480μg(r=0.9993)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.63%(RSD=1.13%),98.26%(RSD=1.17%),98.74%(RSD=1.07%).结论:本方法简单、准确,专属性强,重复性好,能同时测定人参五味子颗粒中3种人参皂苷含量. Objective: To develop a HPLC method for simultane determination of the contents of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in ginseng fruit. Methods: HPLC was performed on agilent eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water aqueous solution by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 203 nm, while the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results: Good linear relationships were obtained within the range of 0.160-3.200μg (r = 0.999 7), 0.216 - 4.320 μg (r = 0.999 9)and 0.274- 5.480 μg (r = 0.999 3)for Ginsenoside Rgl,Ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1, while the average recovery rates were 98.63% (RSD = 1.13%), 98.26% (RSD = 1.17%)and 98.74% (RSD = 1.07% ), respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, specific, reproducible and may be used for simultaneous determination of contents of three Ginsenosides in ginseng fruit.
