摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定止痛壮骨散中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量.方法：采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）为填充剂色谱柱,流动相：乙腈-水（30：70）,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长212 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL.结果：川续断皂苷Ⅵ浓度在10.22-204.44μg/mL（n=7）范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9993）;回收率在98.40%-101.16%之间,试验结果RSD为1.07%（n=9）.结论：该方法操作简便、准确、专属性好,可用于止痛壮骨散质量控制的方法.
Objective： To develop a HPLC method for determination of asperosaponin VI content in zhitong zhuanggu san. Methods： HPLC analysis was carried out on a C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）,using acetonitrile-water（30 ： 70）as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 212 nm,while the column temperature was 30 ℃ ,and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results： The linear range of asperosaponin VI was 10.22 - 204.44 μg/mL （n = 7,r = 0.999 3）. The average recovery was 98.40%- 101.16%（n = 9）, with a RSD of 1.07%. Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and specific,which may be used for the quality control of zhitong zhuanggu san.
