摘要
目的:建立防风中4种有效成分的含量测定方法,并比较不同产地防风4种成分的含量.方法:色谱柱:Agilent HC C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-水(45:55)为流动相;检测波长为254 nm;柱温35℃.结果:升麻素、升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、亥茅酚苷4种色原酮类成分的加样回收率均在95%-105%,其RSD均<3%.结论:不同产地防风药材4种有效成分的含量差别较大;所建立的同时测定升麻素、升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、亥茅酚苷4种有效成分的测定方法准确度、重复性好,专属性强,可有效评价不同产地防风药材的质量.
Objective: To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 4 bioactive components in saposhnikovia divaricata, and to compare the content of the 4 components in S. divaricata from different habitats. Methods: Agilent HC C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) wad adopted,using the mixture of methanol and water (45 : 55) as a mobile. The wavelength for detection was set at 254 nm,while the temperature of column at 35 ℃. Results: The recovery rates of cimicifugin, Prim-o-glucosylcimifugin, 4'-O-beta-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol and sec-O-glucosylhamaudol were 95% - 105%,with RSDs of less than 3%. Conclusion: The contents of four bioactive components in S. divaricata from variou habitats showed significant difference. However, the developed HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the four components showed high accuracy, reproducibility and specificity, which was effective in evaluation of quality of S. divaricata.
