早期综合发展促进干预对婴幼儿神经心理发育的影响

Effects of early comprehensive development interventions on infant neuropsychological development

目的：探究早期综合发展促进干预对婴幼儿神经心理发育的影响。方法选取2013年1至4月在天津市河北区妇幼保健院顺产分娩的正常足月儿114例为研究对象，根据干预自愿原则随机分为实验组60例和对照组54例，采用首都儿科研究所编制的《0～6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表》分别对两组儿童3月龄、12月龄、18月龄3个阶段的发育商（ DQ）进行评测及统计分析。结果干预前，3月龄段实验组的总DQ（101．7±16．4）与对照组的总DQ（101．6±19．7）比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；干预后，两组12月龄、18月龄段的总DQ差异均有统计学意义（ t值分别为1．777、3．048，均P＜0．05）。结论婴幼儿早期综合发展促进对其神经心理发育具有积极作用。

Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive development interventions on infant neuropsychological development . Methods Totally 114 normal term birth infants were selected from Tianjin Hebei District Women and Children Health Center during January to April in 2013.According to intervention voluntary principles they were randomly divided into two groups , 60 cases with early training in experimental group and 54 cases in control group .Development Quotient （ DQ） of cases in two groups in 3 month, 12 month and 18 month was evaluated and statistically analyzed with Neuropsychological Examination Table for Infants Aged 0-6 prepared by Capital Institute of Pediatrics.Results Before intervention , no significant difference was found in DQ between the experimental group （101.7 ±16.4） and the control group （101.6 ±19.7） at 3 month （P〉0.05）.After intervention, there were significant differences in total DQ between two groups in 12 month and 18 month （t value was 1.777 and 3.048, respectively, both P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Early comprehensive development intervention could promote infant neuropsychological development .
