16例耐多药肺结核患者服用氯法齐明后的不良反应分析

Analysis to the adverse reactions of clofazimine for 16 patients with MDR-TB

回顾性分析我院16例耐多药患者采用氯法齐明治疗的情况，探讨氯法齐明药物在耐多药结核病应用中药物不良反应。16例患者均出现皮肤色素沉着，4例患者在用药4～6个月后出现胸痛、胃肠不适、抑郁等其他药物不良反应。4例患者中有2例在出现其他不良反应后立即停药，不良反应均能缓解。氯法齐明药物在治疗耐多药结核病中发生其他药物不良反应较迟，以抑郁症状为主，停药后症状能缓解及恢复。

It makes a retrospective analysis for 16 patients with MDR-TB who were treated with cloiazimine, and explores the adverse drug reactions of clofazimine. All the patients occurred skin pigmentation, and four pa- tients with other adverse drug reactions including chest pain, gastrointestinal discomfort, and depression. Two of the four patients stopped taking the medicine immediately when drug adverse reactions occurred, and the drug ad- verse reactions were completely relieved. With clofazimine in the MDR-TB patients, other adverse drug reactions oc-curred lately, especially for depression. When the drug was stopped, the adverse drug reactions were able to be alle- viated and recovered.
