摘要
本文提出从提高高校就业困难学生职业认知、帮助打消择业顾虑、精准帮扶、建立就业预警机制、就业跟踪负责制五个方面开展就业帮扶。文章强调帮扶技巧,帮扶过程中努力做到尊重、适度热情、真诚并积极关注帮扶对象,为帮扶工作营造一个人性化的温暖式的专业化帮扶过程,使得就业帮扶工作潜移默化入脑入心,真正达到感化、改变和塑造被帮扶者的效果。
